TREVOR PRICE R.E.

Trevor Price gained a BA (Hons) in Fine Art/Printmaking at the Winchester School of Art (1985-1988) and in 2000 was elected as a Member of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers (RE).

He worked as printmaker for Brenda Hartill before setting up his own printmaking studio  in 1995 and has since had many solo exhibitions and is represented in several prestigious collections.

His recent prints are mostly drypoints using zinc or perspex plates and are generally figurative with Cornish settings, where he grew up. His work often features male obsessions, reflections of his own life or just fantasy that has a sense of fun and is influenced by Picasso, Henry Moore, Henri Rousseau, Elizabeth Frink and Cecil Collins.
