My work is constantly inspired by nature. I have a strong interest in the work of British Land Artists. Most of my work is made from glass that would normally end up in landfill (window glass). Reusing glass is something that I am passionate about and I have been working with it for the past few years. Giving the material a new lease of life as a unique piece is central to my practice. I use a wide range of techniques in my work, including copper foiling, leading, painting, fusing, slumping, casting and lamp working – whatever serves my needs best to achieve the desired outcome.
