Father Christmas and the gift of light, illustrated children’s story by STEPHEN SAYERS

York author and psychologist STEPHEN SAYERS has written a delightful story that answers all parent’s and children’s questions about the existence of Father Christmas. Parents want to create and prolong the myth of magic, children do not want to let it go even when they witness their parent pretending to be Father Christmas. Should we as adults keep up this make believe?

This story answers the conundrum in a charming way.

The book is illustrated by the authors wife Swea Sayers who is an artist and friend of mine – we are both members of the Donderdag Art Group that meets on thursdays for life drawing sessions. Terry Brett, Pyramid gallery December 2018
