Snow geese winter in the Gulf of Mexico and fly the entire length of the East Coast of America to reach the arctic tundra in spring.
This is a journey of 3000 miles and 3 months.
Once there they lay around 4 cream coloured eggs in a nest on the ground lined with feathers.
this sculpture is a unique one-off work of art
